Making it yours. Choose the design and size, then list the pet names (and any family surname) in the order notes box at checkout. If you have several pets, tell us the order you want them in. Some designs can include a short line such as a street number or a welcome phrase; write it in the notes. We do not send a proof first, so please check the spelling; changes are possible within 24 hours of ordering.
Care and placement. Shake or vacuum the mat regularly, spot-clean with a damp cloth and let it dry flat. A covered porch helps colours last longer. Sizes for each design are listed on the product page and explained in our Size Guide.
Delivery and returns. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, ship from the USA and arrive in about 7-14 business days in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, with free shipping and no minimum. You have 60 days to return with a free return label; see Returns & Exchanges.
