Adding your cat’s details. Choose your item and option, then write your cat’s name, a gotcha-day date or a short message in the order notes box at checkout. For photo designs, mention it in the notes and send a bright, sharp photo by replying to your order confirmation email. Whiskers and ear tips look best when the photo is taken in daylight at eye level. We do not send a proof before production, so check every letter first; you can still change details within 24 hours of ordering.
Shipping and returns, simply. We process orders in 1-3 business days and ship from the USA. Delivery to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand usually takes 7-14 business days, always with free shipping and no minimum order.
