Morning coffee tastes better with a familiar face on the side. Our personalized pet mugs carry your dog’s or cat’s name, a funny line or a favourite photo, so every refill comes with a small smile. They are an easy gift for birthdays, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day from the pet, office secret-santa swaps and anyone who talks about their fur baby at every coffee break.
\nHow to personalise. Choose the design and the mug size or colour option on the product page. At checkout, type the name(s) or text in the order notes box. For photo designs, mention it in the notes and reply to our order email with a clear image; a close-up of the face in daylight works best. There is no proof step before production, so read your notes once more before you pay. You can change details within 24 hours.
\nEveryday care. Hand-washing keeps printed designs looking fresh for longer. Check the care line on each product page for microwave and dishwasher guidance for that specific mug, and avoid sudden temperature changes such as pouring boiling water into a cold mug.
\nShipping and returns. We process orders in 1-3 business days and ship from the USA; delivery to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand takes about 7-14 business days, free with no minimum. Arrived chipped? Email a photo within 60 days and we replace or refund it. Details on the Refund Policy page.
