Some gifts are small but stay on the shelf for years. Our keepsakes collection gathers personalized pieces for pet lovers that do not fit neatly into one category: desk plaques, frames, small home accents and other pieces that carry a pet’s name, a date that matters or a favourite photo. They suit adoption anniversaries, a new puppy announcement, a thank-you for a vet or groomer, or simply a Tuesday when you want to celebrate the fur baby.
\nPersonalising a keepsake. Choose the item and its option, then type the name(s), date and any short message in the order notes box at checkout. If the design uses a photo, mention it in the notes and reply to our order confirmation email with a clear image. We make each piece from the details you give us and there is no proof step, so please check spelling. Need to change something? Email us within 24 hours of ordering.
\nChoosing the right one. Think about where the keepsake will live: a desk, a bedside table, a car or a shelf. Short names and one clear photo give the cleanest result on small items. Product pages list sizes and materials for each piece.
\nShipping and returns. Processing 1-3 business days, shipped from the USA, delivery in about 7-14 business days to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, free with no minimum. Returns are accepted for 60 days with a free return label. Questions? Visit our Help Center.
