Doormats that introduce the whole crew. Mugs for the dog walker. Blankets for the cat who has claimed the sofa. Keepsakes for the days you want to remember, and gentle memorial pieces for the pets who are no longer curled up beside you.
\nAsk any pet parent how their dog is doing and you will hear “pawsome” at least once. We took that word, added a little warmth on the end and turned it into a name. Look closely at our logo: the “o” is a paw print. That is the whole idea in one letter. Your pet is the centre of every gift we make, and the gift is just the frame around them.
\nWe are a small online shop, and we like it that way. It means the person who reads your order notes is the same kind of person who answers your email: someone who understands why it matters that “Biscuit” is spelled with a “c”.

\nWe do not send a proof or mockup before production. That is a deliberate choice: it keeps things quick and it keeps the price fair. In return, we give you a full 24 hours after ordering to change anything at all, and a 60-day return window with a free label if the finished gift is not what you hoped for. Each product page lists exactly which details that design can hold and any limits on length or number of pets. If you are unsure, write your ideas in the order notes and we will email you before production if something does not fit.
\nMugs come in different capacities, blankets and doormats in different sizes, and some designs let you choose the number of pets. Each option is listed on the product page, and our Size Guide explains how to measure a sofa, bed, pet bed or doorway before choosing. Every product page also has a short care line: in general, hand-wash mugs to keep designs fresh, wash blankets cold and dry them low, and shake out doormats and let them dry flat. Ornaments like to spend the off-season in a box, away from damp and curious paws.
\nBefore an order is made, we read the order notes and compare them with the product options you chose. If something does not add up, for example the “Number of Pets” option says two but the notes list three names, or a photo is too small to print clearly, we email you before we start. We would rather ask a question than guess about your pet’s name.
\nAfter production, each item is checked against the order notes again before packing: names, dates, the right size and option, and the overall finish. Ornaments and mugs are wrapped so they do not move around in transit. If something still slips through, our Returns & Exchanges Policy makes it easy to put right.

Some order a single ornament every December; others order a doormat when they move home and a mug when the puppy arrives. What they have in common is that they talk about their pets by name, and so do we.
\nYes. Within 60 days of delivery, for any reason, with a free return label. We would rather you order with confidence than hesitate over “what if”.
\nOf course. Email us with your idea, for example “a doormat with three dogs and our surname”, and we will tell you which design fits best. Support is email only, so you always have our answer in writing.
\nOur designs are made for dog and cat homes. If you have a rabbit, a parrot or a bearded dragon who deserves a gift too, ask us; some designs work with any pet’s name.
